Vendor Village at Schenley Park
July 18/19, 2026 Weekend
Vendor Village at Schenley Park has been transformed with uniform tents and a dedicated vendor pathway. Each vendor spot now includes a PVGP-supplied white hi-peak tent with a back wall. Three tent sizes (10×10, 15×15, and 16×26) are available. This greatly improves the appearance and setup of the tents, increasing traffic flow and business throughout the entire Vendor Village area. Tables, chairs, tent sidewalls, and electricity are available for rent and will be set up in your tent when you arrive.
This is a dedicated area within Schenley Park that offers an excellent opportunity to showcase and sell your products and services to over 100,000 weekend spectators.
The vendor set-up is from noon – 7:00 PM on Friday. You will need special permission if you must move in on Saturday, and move-in hours are limited to 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Vendors must be moved out by 7:00 PM Sunday. Sales should begin by 10:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM each day. This village is built on a golf course, so your display cannot include RVs, heavy trucks, heavy-handling equipment, or building materials. Please call Don Privett at (412) 390-4712 to discuss if your display involves more than a tent, table and chairs.
The back wall will provide an area behind your tent for parking one support vehicle. If you have a second vehicle or a vehicle longer than 15 feet, you will not be able to park it behind your tent, and you will need to purchase adequate space alongside. If you have your own tent, display, or custom trailer that you feel you must use for vending, please contact the Grand Prix to discuss an alternative location.

Vendor Village at Waterfront Car Cruise
Tuesday, July 14, 2026
While Race Weekend draws tens of thousands, the Waterfront Car Cruise delivers something just as powerful: a concentrated, high-energy audience in a single evening. In just a few hours, your brand is positioned in front of several thousand engaged attendees, from passionate car owners and enthusiasts to families, diners, and shoppers already on-site and ready to explore.
Set in the heart of the Waterfront Shopping Center, this free public event runs from 4:00–9:00 PM and is expected to feature 500–700 vehicles. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix creates a vibrant display of cars and vendors in the high-traffic lot between First Commonwealth Bank and Chipotle Mexican Grill, placing your business directly in the center of the action.
This is a prime opportunity to engage a diverse, enthusiastic audience in a relaxed, accessible setting with strong foot traffic and continuous visibility throughout the evening.
Vendor space is limited and fills quickly. Secure your spot now to be part of one of the region’s most popular summer automotive gatherings.
Please note: vendors must provide their own tents and power.
The cost is $250 for the entire evening with no quantity discounts.
Three parking spaces (approximately 18′ x 27′) are allocated, and you can purchase additional spots as needed. You can set up beginning at 2:00 PM.
