The PVGP is excited to welcome the Formula Fords back to the 2021 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.
Our two unique race events provide the ideal combination of vintage and
historic racing in a 10-day motorsport festival.
PITT RACE – JULY 16-18 We kick things off in grand style with a weekend of vintage sports cars, monoposto and historic race cars on the challenging Pittsburgh International Race Complex. There will be a dedicated Formula Ford race group that has a 20-minute practice session Friday morning and a 20-minute qualifying race that afternoon. Saturday starts with a 20-minute Qualifying Race and a 20-minute Sprint Race in the afternoon. Sunday has a 25-minute featured afternoon race where the winner is recognized in the Hofbräuhaus Winner Circle by the timing tower. Your entry includes the Driver’s Reception in the Conference Center on Saturday night. Schedule
SCHENLEY PARK – JULY 24-25 The nation’s largest vintage street race through the stone-walled, tree-lined streets of Schenley Park in the original spirit of vintage racing that took place on public roads in the 1940s and 1950s. 75,000 fans will park show cars on the golf course and watch the races. There will be a dedicated Formula Ford race group that has a 20-minute practice session Saturday morning and a 25-minute qualifying race that afternoon. Sunday has a 15-minute warm-up in the morning with a 25-minute featured afternoon race where the winner is recognized in the Hofbräuhaus Winner Circle. Your entry includes the parade and Driver’s Reception on Friday night. Schedule
TOW ONCE RACE TWICE
Tow once, race twice. Race with us at Pitt Race Complex on July 15-18 and the PVGP will securely store your rig at the track for free so you can return the following weekend to run with us through the streets of Schenley Park. You save $100 when you enter both weekends.

CHARITY Since 1983 our racers have shared the wheel in helping to donate $6 million to help individuals affected by autism and intellectual disabilities. Entry fees are suggested donations and are tax-deductible.
