Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the PVGP’s 2020 International Car Show has been canceled. We hope to see you next year on the July 24/25 2021 weekend. Throughout the remainder of this year the PVGP will host Driving Tours and small car events to support our car community, sponsors and our charity partners. Thank you for understanding.
July 24/25 Weekend, 2021
Many thanks to BMWCCA, both the national organization and the local Allegheny Chapter for hosting an incredible O’Fest during the 2018 Grand Prix. There were Bimmers everywhere during the week and over 750 at Schenley Park. The club set the all-time record for Marque fundraising with a $126,500 donation!
According to BIMMERLIFE, the BMW Car Club of America’s Spring /Summer magazine “the Allegheny Chapter’s annual gathering at the PVGP is one of the most memorable events of the year. There are several top-notch parties as well, including a jet-setter party that ranks with some of the finest in the country. Over the past 10 years the chapter’s activities have raised over $350,000 for the PVGP charities.” Click here for a PDF of the recent article.
Driving Tour – Friday, July 23
The PVGP Allegheny Chapter Tour is a long tradition of the chapter. Guest from out of town are encouraged to join our chapter for a tour of the beautiful Laurel Highlands and a stop at the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pa. The memorial was completed in Sept 9, 2018 with the visitor’s center, Wall of Names and Tower of Voices. The tour is approximately 200 miles round trip from Pittsburgh and will take us through the scenic rolling hills of the laurel highlands. We will visit the 9/11 memorial followed by a stop for lunch. All proceeds benefit the PVGP.

The Club’s mission is to promote the interest in, the ownership of, and preservation of classic BMWs, as well as to encourage their use and visibility. They do this mainly through the organization of and the participation in specific events, and the publication of a quarterly magazine THE ULTIMATE CLASSIC. They are in contact with other BMW clubs in order to keep members abreast of events and happenings in the US as well as abroad. A strong emphasis is being place on social contacts between members. The Club also maintains a register of members and their cars.
