The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix offers an extensive selection of sponsorship opportunities for your organization to become part of our celebrated event. Race Weekend at Schenley Park is the perfect venue for you to entertain your customers; throw a party for your employees; raise awareness of your organization; showcase your product; or simply watch the races with friends and family.
Most of our sponsorship packages have a provision for you to put up a tent or display on the grounds at Schenley Park. Each package has different allowances for the square footage of your tent. The only package that includes a tent supplied by the PVGP is the Start/Finish Line.
In addition to the six sponsorship levels at Schenley Park we also have opportunities to associate your company with individual events such as car shows, a road rallye and cruises. We also welcome the opportunity to create a custom package to suit your needs.

Bronze Sponsorship – $2,500
This is our entry level package that allows sponsors to gain exposure through PVGP Race Program advertising, public address announcements and banner placement. The advantage is maximum impressions without the added cost of supplying and catering your own tent. Passes to our VIP Pavilion are just one of the many items you receive. The VIP tent is an exclusive tent located inside corner 16 of the racetrack, food and drink are complimentary for all guests.
Start/Finish Sponsorship – $3,500
The start/finish line along Bartlett Street puts you at the heart of race activities. Here, the race stewards, pace cars, flagmen, announcers, press and photographers all converge with the drivers and the race cars. It’s a great vantage point to watch the race and is only a short walk from the pit and paddock– one of the most interesting parts of race weekend. The sponsor is provided with a fenced-in area that includes a 20’ x 20’ tent with tables and chairs. Sponsorships are available for Saturday, Sunday or for the whole weekend.
Silver Sponsorship – $5,000
This package is ideal for sponsors who want to economically entertain on the golf course. The 600 square foot tent allowance permits a 20’ x 30′ set-up. This is one of our most popular packages with car clubs and small companies. The sponsorship also allows for display of several cars around the tent
Gold Sponsorship – $12,500
At the Gold level sponsors can erect a 30’ x 30’ tent at Schenley Park or bring their own show properties. This package is also the minimum required for any sponsor wishing to bring an 18-wheel trailer. Sponsors at this level and above can have their logo included on the poster.
Platinum Sponsorship – $20,000
This package is for sponsors that wish to entertain at Schenley Park in a big way. Allowance for tent space is increased to 1,200 square feet, perfect for a party sized 30′ x 40’ tent. Sponsor’s logo is also included on the 42 local Lamar billboards – one of our most coveted amenities.
Premier Sponsorship – $30,000
This is a package for sponsors that wish to take full advantage of the hospitality opportunities at Schenley Park. Tent square footage allowance increases to 1,600 and allows for multiple locations of display materials.
Individual sponsorships can be combined with above packages at a discount.
PVGP Historic Races at PIRC
This unique opportunity includes many of the amenities available through our Platinum Sponsorship at Schenley Park and our Paddock Sponsorship at PittRace, plus the added benefits of being the main sponsor of our Historic Races on Saturday July 13 and Sunday July 14. This is a package with tremendous value and name recognition in all race promotions and advertising. More specific event details
Racecar Rides on Track at Schenley Park
A new event scheduled for Saturday, July 21. During Saturday’s lunch break at Schenley Park our race drivers are graciously offering rides on the track in their vintage racecars. Donations from spectators will go directly to charity. Your name will be included as part of the name of this wonderful event which will be staged from just below the Shop’n Save Hospitality Tent on the golf course.
Gala Sponsor
Sponsors, racecar drivers, media and celebrities gather to toast Race Week activities. Including 8 tickets to the event and recognition during the dinner, sponsor will receive tickets to the VIP Tent each day. In 2013 the Gala will be held at South Hills CountryClub on Friday July 12. Details
Shuttle Bus Sponsor
This is a unique opportunity to reach over 150,000 spectators at Schenley Park. Have your company’s name and or slogan displayed on the sides of our 12 complimentary shuttle buses that run continuously on race weekend. This opportunity includes six tickets to the VIP Tent each day.
Patron Parking Sponsor
A wonderful opportunity to reach our Patron spectators on Sunday, July 21 in Schenley Park. Your company name will be included on all Patron Parking advertising and promotional items. This opportunity includes two complimentary Patron Parking spaces and participation in the Patron Parade. Details
