The Grand Prix is only possible because of the volunteers who freely give of their time and our photographers are no exception. This website along with our Race Program are filled with images contributed by the following generous photographers:

CR "Charles" Bennett
CR Bennett has been shooting for the Grand Prix for several years, but he really stepped it up his efforts to help cover us recently. CR was at every event during our Race Week in 2006 and 2007 shooting over 2,000 great images of races, car shows and concerts. You can find his work on this website, in our newsletter and Race Program.
Welcome aboard CR, we're glad you joined our family of volunteers who give so generously of their time.

Walt & Louiseann Pietrowicz
Walt and Louiseann are a dynamic duo of photographer and writer. Together they have been covering vintage motorsports, traveling to more than 20 races each year. They contribute articles and photography to major vintage sports car publications including the PVGP website and Race Program.
Walt and Lu live in Long Island, NY and the Grand Prix in Pittsburgh remains their favorite stop every year. Visit their website for some more great photography and stories. |

Jim Weslager
Shooting for A1FOTOS, Jim has provided many exciting photos of Grand Prix racing action on this website.

Edward Hyman
"Fast Eddie" to his many friends, Ed has been working as a professional photographer with an emphasis on Motorsports for over 30 years. He is the chief photographer for Vintage Sports Car, the Magazine of the VSCCA and his award winning freelance work has appeared in Road & Track, Automobile Quarterly, and Vintage Motorsport, British Car. Ed is also the webmaster of http://www.vscca.org/
In addition to his artistic endeavors he is an active vintage racer, who has appeared in the PVGP several times in many different vehicles. His favorite, no doubt, was in 1998 when he drove John Jacobson's prewar sprinter in the company of some of the finest prewar racing cars in existence.
Ed lives on a windswept hilltop in New Milford, CT with his wife, two sons, and an indeterminate number of Porsches. |

Bill Schmitt
A true ambassador for the Grand Prix, Bill is one of the nicest, friendliest guys you'll ever meet. He is the Manager of MINI of Pittsburgh one of our largest sponsors.
In addition to coordinating the MINI activities and working with the PittStop MINI Club, Bill finds time to shoot hundreds of images that we use on our site and in our program. Send Bill an email.

Chris Longo
Chris is the creative director and senior designer of Vince Longo & Associates. He and his father Vince have been involved in the PVGP for many years now and continue to support the Grand Prix with great advertising and graphic design.
Chris is also an avid racer himself, instructing at BeaveRun MotorSport Complex in his spare time and because of his extensive advertising background, adds a creative touch to the PVGP photo gallery.
